How to do I place an Order?
 

Ordering at Discount Graphic is easy and can be done in a matter of minutes via our secure website. Making a purchase could not be easier- just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

You can also create a customer account with us, so that your details are stored for next time you shop with us (no financial details are stored) and your order history is recorded, so you can review previous purchases.

We accept payment via Visa and Mastercard credit cards, Visa Delta and Visa Electron debit cards.
 

We also welcome telephone orders – please call us on 0845 2415646 if you would like to place your order with one of our customer service team.
 

Will my payment details be safe if I pay online?

Your safety is guaranteed because Discount Graphic uses the latest security measures to protect your details when you shop with us. We use 128-bit SSL software to encrypt your credit/debit card information when you place an order on our secure server, which means that only we are able to decrypt the information in order to process your transaction.
After you click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button, secure pages are indicated by:
 

  • the web address changing from "http://" to "https://"; and
  • a "padlock" symbol (or key) in the bottom right-hand status bar of your web browser.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders (over 95%) are despatched same day or next working day. For all UK addresses we ship via overnight courier or Royal Mail First Class post, so your goods should be with you the day after they’re despatched, and may arrive any time between 8am and 6pm. Orders to EU addresses should arrive within 5 days of despatch, and orders to the rest of the world, should arrive within 10 days, depending upon location and customs.
 

How are Delivery Costs Calculated?

We aim to keep our delivery costs as low as possible, and ship through whichever suitable means is most cost-effective. Typically we ship smaller orders via Royal Mail at a lower cost, orders over £50 are shipped at a lower rate and any premium service (timed or Saturday delivery etc) is charged at no more than cost.

How do I return items?

We offer an unconditional guarantee: If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days for a refund or replacement.
 

Unwanted Goods

If you return the product (in pristine condition) within 14 days of the date on which you received it, we will refund you the price you paid for the item(s), including shipping. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. Please contact us in writing (preferably e-mail sales@discountart.co.uk) prior to returning any goods.
 

Faulty Goods

If you receive an item from us which is faulty, which you did not order or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact us by email (sales@discountart.co.uk) to inform us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange a refund or replacement. In the event of you returning goods to us we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. In this event, please contact us first to ensure we process your return as efficiently as possible and we will also advise you how to send the item back to us. We usually ask that you send items back to us via Royal Mail First Class (Recorded), or may be able to arrange for our courier to collect the goods. If using Royal Mail, please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.
