I just want to say how impressed I am with your service. The easel I ordered arrived this morning, only about 18 hours after I spoke to you! It is a gift for my daughter, so Ill tell her she can put a review on your website, and Ill tell anyone I know who paints or draws about your company. It was lovely to have such a friendly, helpful voice on the phone when I rang up and its nice to know somebody is so efficient and ready to be of service, we come across so many poor examples!

I recently purchased an easel from you after finding you on the internet. I wanted to let you know that I was extremely impressed with the service I received from Amanda Worrall. This was a major purchase for me, as you can imagine, and Amanda was exceptionally helpful. She even went to check on whether the easel was flat pack and telephoned the supplier to check delivery dates. I had checked with other art stores and none of them were as courteous and helpful as Amanda. She also telephoned me today to check the easel had arrived safely and that I was happy with it (which Iam very!) Its very refreshing to receive such good service and Im sure I will be placing more orders your way.
